I’m getting more than slightly bored of runaway looks and at the same time wanting more and the strangest thing is that all this hullabaloo is for the next year. Dwell with
me on that one while gazing at these beauty looks I liked from NYFW, of course.

Lipstick never looked so desirable. I think they even got me in their camp, we’ll see.

Narciso Rodriguez!! a master of precise tailoring was also known for his limited color combos (black and white mostly) until his spring collection. He embraced some colors into his usual palette, inspired by an art exhibition, and now he did colors, again. The finest and freshest color adds, I would say. Don’t expect rainbow bursts, thank God.

Love the clothing (look at the cut of those pants – perfect!) but my biggest shout-out goes to his shoe collection!!! LOVE THEM!

Furry, fuzzy, silent, always on the go and not in need to be fed. Sounds perfect : )

Well, the size of those mittens spotted on Alexander Wang show and Joseph Altuzarra’s sure is as a size of a little rodent.

Jokes aside, I’m seriously thinking about getting these after fingers freezing experience yesterday. After spending maybe half an hour out walking, I couldn’t LITERALLY feel my hands after 20 mins being indoor (in a very warm bar drinking wine) and one finger was numb, dead for an hour. And it wasn’t that cold. Well, I was obviously wrong about that.

Of course I’m not gonna spend $$$$$$$ on those, instead I’m hoping for a high street option as this is going to be a trend. Why not?! If Wang is doing it…
I like the size and flatness from Wang and the fact that they are black but prefer femininity of Altuzarra’s mittens. So, something like just described would be perfect, maybe in some other color too but I still want them to be big, really warm and really wearable.

So, there you have it, as soon as they make it, I’m getting these.

NY’S: finest and coolest

Much anticipated shows – Jason Wu (finest of course; hint – Michelle Obama’s inauguration dress) and Rag and Bone (Brits in NY – doesn’t come cooler than that).

Honestly, I wasn˙t swooning over these collections this season, yet they had their moments.
See my very favorite picks below:

Jason Wu

Rag and Bone

Stockings love! That jacket, first pic on the right, LOVE! Okay, that’s a swoon. I also like those purple-violet-eggplant-mustard color pairings.

And that’s not all:

There is a designer whose work I followed long ago and somehow over the years with fashion expanding, style changing, combined with all the other moon phases (kidding!) I kind of lost track of him.

So he is back in style: Yigal Azrouël

If you like this, you can go here and see many more: there was cool wear, day wear, evening!! wear…

And now – that’s all, for now!
